XTB-curve roller is composed of a stud used as the tray of a
group of rollers and a thick wall outer ring. The shoulder of the
stud and the surface retaining ring on the stud form the guiding
faces on the two sides of the outer ring. When the curve rollers
are running on the plain tray or CAM wheel, the inner stress on
the rollers will increase due to the deformation of the outer
ring. Therefore the rated load should be selected as curve roller

Cup Needle Clutch Bearings
1. Drawn cup needle clutch: HF, HFZ. This series is composed of
thin wall punched outer ring and plastic retainer. There is a
clamping slope which holds the needles tightly on the inradius
surface of the alloy steel punched out ring. The abrasion
resistance and load capacity is greatly increased after special
heat treatment. Metal springs are fitted on the plastic retainer
which keeps the correct movement of the needles while the needles
are used as clamping unit at the same time. 2. Drawn cup needle
clutch and bearing assembly: HFL, HFLZ. This series has a
two-in-one supporting bearing which can be a special space-saving
support. The supporting bearings fitted be the two sides of the
needle clutch bear the radical load. The support bearings are
needles and the plastic retainer.

must bear the shock force from the explosion in the cylinder, the
inertia forces of the piston, the c-onnecting rod and the crank
shaft. Therefore, needles and the retainer must sustain the great
centrifugal forces and acceleration forces. Besides, it is
responsible for the heat dissipation. So, the flow of lubricant
oils must be taken into account during the entity designing of
the bearing so that enough cooling area is increased, or coating
copper, silver on the surface to prevent the abnormal abrasion
during the starting p-eriod.
