License To User Content:

As to the data you published, part or in all, will be kept in our record to be shared by other members since Trader-key.comprovides paid member service and generates advertisement effect that will give its members the best possible market exposure. Payment:
Currently, part of the Service provides on Trader-key.com is free of charge. We reserves the right to levy fees or charges for those free Service. If Trader-key.comdecides to levy a charge for those free Service, a notice will be published on our website. By continuing the use of the relevant Service at any time after such publication, you agree to pay Trader-key.comsuch charges. Trader-key.comreserves the right to modify its pricing structure and payment conditions from time to time at its sole discretion provided that not less than seven days notice shall be given to you.
Exemption Statement:
The company does not provide any guarantee to Trader-key.comservice intended or unintended. The company does not guarantee that it will satisfy specific requirement by clients. Unless it caused by the company who never guarantee that the service is un-interruptible. And no guarantee will be given to service that is on-time and reliable. If there are any thing in the acknowledge against the present consumer protection rules, suggestions and comments may be made for further amendment.
For the sake of special business nature, hackers, computer virus attack or ISP adjustment, as well as government censorship that lead to temporary service suspension will be regarded as irresistible factors to which the company will show no responsibility.
The company has no obligations or responsibility toward products advertised by its members. If you transact with manufacturers and suppliers for their services on Trader-key.com, that will be bond by relevant contracts without any involvement of the company. Whenever there are arguments arising from service defects or service disagreement, members will contact those manufacturers or suppliers direct for help and solutions. The company does not show any responsibility whatsoever.
Notices:
All notices or demands to or upon a User shall be effective if either delivered personally, sent by courier, certified mail, by facsimile or email to the last-known correspondence, fax or email address provided by the User to Trader-key.com, or by posting such notice or demand on an area of the Site that is publicly accessible without a charge.
General:
Subject to any additional agreements relating to TradePass Services, this Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the User and Trader-key.comwith respect to access to and use of the Site, superseding any prior written or oral agreements in relation to the same subject matter herein.
Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.
Trader-key.comfailure to enforce any right or failure to act with respect to any breach by a User under these terms and conditions will not waive that right nor waives Trader-key.com's right to act with respect with subsequent or similar breaches.
Trader-key.comshall have the right to assign its obligations and duties in this Agreement and in any agreement relating to Premium Services to any person or entity.
